This is a thank you card I made for a friend in my Red Hat Society® chapter. I printed the Warning© poem on red scrapbooking paper and then tore around the paper. I stamped the "Red Hat lady" on white cardstock and then colored her in using watercolor pencils and blended that with water. I then embossed around her with purple glittered embossing powder. I cut her out and used foam backed mounting dots to make her stand out, then added a purple feather to her hat.
The "Red Hat lady" is from a Close To My Heart™ set called "Garden Party"
